Date & Time	Problem Description	Resolution/Updates
6/09/2008 11:00am-1:10pm	Email delays	Due to a large number Spam, the mail delivery queue may take longer than usual to deliver a message to the intended recipient. This affects both incoming and outgoing messages. UPDATE: Email service functioning normally.
4/28/2008 8:00am-10:00pm	Email delays	Spam issues this morning. Mail was backed up in queue and is being delivered currently. Slowness due to CPU load on mail gateways.
4/20/2008 11:00am-	Verizon Outage	Verizon DSL outage in the Western part of the Portland Metro Area
03/20/2008 5:30pm - 6:30pm	Switch Outage	We experienced an outage with our network due to a switch problem. Initially we thought a reboot would resolve the issue. Ultimatly the switch needed to be re-programmed and thus the outage lasted longer.
02/14/08 12:00am - 3:00am	Server Maintenance	We will be performing system maintenance that will result in some E-mail and Web Hosting being temporarily off-line. Internet connectivity will not be affected. Service downtime is not expected to last over 1 hour during this window.
2/06/2008 5:30pm-5:40pm	DSL Only	Edge router froze and was restarted. Internet connectivity was down for approximately 10 minutes.
1/09/2008 4:10pm-5:45pm	SW Portland Qwest DSL	Qwest outage in SW Portland. Modem indicates sync but no Internet connectivity. Service restored at 5:45pm
7/22/2007 6:40am	SE Portland Qwest DSL	Qwest is currently working on restoring service but can not provide an estimated time to recovery.
06/13/2007 8:10pm	Verizon DSL	Verizon DSL outage recovered. Service restored.
06/13/2007 7:50am	Verizon DSL	Some Verizion DSL customers are experiencing network connectivity issues. We are working with Verizon currently to resove the issue.
Outgoing Email	Currently Hotmail/MSN are blacklisting our mail server and not accepting messages. We submitted a request early this morning to MSN to have our mail server removed from their blacklist. We are hopeful MSN will soon resolve the issue.	Received notification from MSN the blacklist will be lifted at 2:00am (PDT) on 6/5/2007.
05/20/2007 7:00pm - 10:30pm	Qwest Outage (Seattle)	All Seattle area DSL subscribers were without service on Sunday evening from 7:00pm to 10:30pm due to Hardware failure. The issue has been resolved and service was restored.
05/03/2007 11:00am - 3:00pm	Qwest Outage	Qwest was experiencing DSL outages in the Portland Area.
1/23/07	News Server	Binary news feed service restored.
12/13/06	News Server	As of 12/13/06, our upstream provider for binary news streams began filtering image content from news posts. Posts later than 12/13/06 will show text in binary messages but the images have been removed. We are exploring the possibility of new upstream providers.
12/22/06 12:00am - 4:00am	Network Repairs	Final repairs will be done to the fiber optic lines that were damaged in the wind storm on 12/15/05. The repairs being performed may result in a brief network outage for Qwest DSL subscribers. Down time is not expected to last more than 5 minutes.
12/15/06	Network Problems	Currently we are experiencing some network problems that are the result of storm related damage to the fiber optic lines that connect Seattle to Portland. If you are a Seattle Qwest DSL subscriber all network access is affected. All other areas are expect to see some slow or unreachable websites or network destinations. This is due to the routing that is in place to compensate for the fiber optic damage.
09/21/06 12:00am - 3:00am	Network Maintenance Window	We will be performing routine maintenance and updates on a number of our server systems. Most clients will experience no loss of service. Some services will be unavailable for periods expected to last less than 15 minutes.
07/05/06	E-Mail	Due to increased virus activity and other abuse issues in the past two days, there may be some delay in delivery of e-mail messages. We are taking measures to compensate and expect normal delivery to resume shortly.
06/03/06 10:00pm	Web and E-Mail.	One of our servers was a victim of a scripting and denial of service attack. We have investigated the events and made changes to try to prevent or mitigate similar attacks in the future.
05/06/06 9:00am	Qwest ADSL outage.	Electric Lightwave, working with Bonneville Power Company, is replacing damaged fiber cable between the Tacoma, WA Regen site and the Covington, WA regen site. This will result in loss of service for all Qwest DSL subscribers in the Seattle/Tacoma area. Service is expected to be restored by 12:30pm
01/29/06 - 01/30/06	Network instability	On Sunday and early Monday morning some Portland and Seattle Qwest DSL subscribers my have experience network instability. We are currently working to identify the causing factor for this issue.
01/26/06 1:00am - 3:00am	Network Maintenance Window	We will be performing maintenance on the network that may result in loss of network connectivity for brief period of time. Possible down time is expected to last less than 60 minutes.
01/20/06 1:00am - 4:00am	Network Maintenance Window	We will be performing maintenance on the network that may result in loss of network connectivity for brief period of time. Possible down time is expected to last less than 30 minutes.
01/18/2006 12:00am	Mail Server	We will be preforming updates and maintenance on one of our mail servers. This maintenance window is not expected to result in any downtime.
